Description: Upright oval, both sides convex. Lapis lazuli. Surface abraded.

A: Harpocrates seated to left on a lotus flower which is placed on top of a tree. Harpocrates has a radiate crown, his right hand holds a flail, his left is raised to his mouth, both feet are extended. The scene is encircled by a thin line standing for an Ouroboros (?). 
B: Inscribed in one line: ιαω → Ἰάω.
