Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Haematite. Surface abraded, edge uneven and chipped.
A: Ouroboros with head at top to left, enclosing a uterus in the shape of a cupping vessel, ligaments and fallopian tupes visble. Below the uterus, a seven-bitted key. Four figures stand on the tubes, from left to right: Isis standing to right in a long robe, crowned with the Isis-crown and double feathers, right hand holding a cornucopia, left hand raised in greeting; Anubis bandaged as a mummy, to right; bandaged and crowned Osiris-mummy to left, Nephthys to left, in a long robe, crowned with the hieroglyph of her name, right hand raised in greeting, left hand holding a cornucopia. Inscription around the Ouroboros: σοροορμερφεργαρμαφριορηριγ[ξ]"" variant of σοροορ-logos; in the free field around the uterus: αε|η ιου|ω → the Greek vowel series.
B: Inscribed in two lines: ορωρ|ιουθ → ορωριουθ.
