Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Haematite. Surface abraded, edge uneven and chipped.

A: Ouroboros with head at bottom to right, enclosing a uterus in the shape of a cupping vessel, ligaments and fallopian tupes visble. Below the uterus, a five-bitted key. Two figures stand on the tubes. On the left, Anubis bandaged as a mummy, to right; on the right, facing him, Isis standing to left in a long robe, crowned with the double feathers, right hand raised in greeting, left hand holding a cornucopia.
B: Inscribed in two lines: ορωρ|ιουθ → ορωριουθ.
