Description: Transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Black jasper. Broken, less than a quarter of the gem remains.

A: Quadruped (perhaps a pig?) standing to left, above a snake (for parallels, cf. CBd-27, CBd-1747, and CBd-2996.
B: In the center, a bandaged mummy standing to left (only the legs remain). To the left, an erect phallus. Traces of an inscription in the free field: ωρ[- - -] (to the left of the phallus, upside down),  μ[- - -] (below the mummy).
