Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces flat Shape 8–9. Lapis Lazuli. Intact.

A: Harpocrates sitting to front, head to left, on a lotus flower with the right leg bent in knee; under the flower two lotus stalks with buds. The right hand of Harpocrates is raised in greeting, his left hand is lowered beside the body, holding a lotus bud. A long side-lock of youth falls down on his neck;  the head is crowned with the solar disk, with seven rays around it.
B: Greek inscription in six lines (illegible).
