A: Frontal view of a cock-headed Anguipes to right, in armour, right arm raised and holding a whip, left hand hid behind a round shield. Inscription on the shield: ιαηιε|ηιιιυυυ|ιιυηιω|ιιτην|χχδξ|ηηα → vocales and voces. On the right: a character. Right below the representation of the Anguipes, a crescent-shaped Greek inscription: ατηαβαρβασεμεσε|λαμψ → voces including a variant of σεμεσειλαμ. Below the inscription, Ouroboros enclosing Greek letters: κκλλψψ|ωψψηνωη → voces. Below the Ouroboros: συμαρτα → variant of σουμαρτα.
B: Osiris in the form of a bandaged mummy, with a snake coiling around the figure. Wavy lines below the mummy. On the left: four characteres; on the right: five characteres.
