Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Green jasper with red spots (heliotrope). Small chip at the lower right edge of side A, mounted in a modern gold and silver setting with suspension loop.

A: Isis facing left, shown in a long garment, wearing the Isis-crown, holding a sistrum in her right hand and a situla in her left.
B: Greek inscription in three lines: ιαω|σολομον|σαβαω →  Ἰάω, Σολομών, Σαβαώ.
