Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Yellow jasper. Broken into four and mended.

A: Isis standing to front, her head to left, clad in a long garment, wearing a crown, and holding a sistrum in her right hand and a situla in her left hand. Around the figure: three eight-pointed stars and two characteres.
B: Dog-headed figure to left, right hand bent. On each side: two eight-pointed stars. On the left: a character.
C: Around the edge: αβδαμενυ → unidentified vox.
