Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Brown jasper. Small chips along the edge.

A: Ibis (Thoth?) standing on a rock, facing left, wearing the atef-crown and carrying a scepter.
B: Naked male figure striding right, holding an object in each hand. Greek inscription on the left: βο|ηθ|ιμ|ο|ι → βοήθ<ε>ι μοι. 'Help me!'
C: σαρμουκερβοβαιω → unidentified voces.
