Description: Upright rectangular gem, both faces flat. Black haematite. Half is missing.

A: At top, a falcon facing left, head crowned with the double crown (?). Below, an Ibis (Thoth?) standing on a rock, facing left, wearing the atef-crown and carrying the caduceus. Inscription beginning above the falcon: ]ωφρη → voces including a variant of Φρῆ. On the right: ιαρ|βαθα → voces including a part of the ιαρβαθα-logos. Above the ibis: characteres. Inscription running vertically on the right side of the ibis: δαρυ[ → beginning of δαρυγκω.
B: Inscription above: χραθαωρ → unidentified vox. Inscription below in two lines: κομβοβα[|ιω → voces including a variant of κομβοβα.
