Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Black haematite. Chips along the edge.

A: On the left, an animal (perhaps a crocodile) represented with a falcon (?) head, crowned, holding a palm branch, seated on a lotus flower with two buds. On the right, Anubis standing to left, wearing a long tunic, holding the sa-hieroglyph in his left hand and another sign (perhaps the udjat-eye) in his raised right hand. Two characteres around the scene.
B: Characteres in four lines.
