Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces flat, edges rounded. Shape 8c–9c. Light green prase. Intact.

A: Lion-headed Chnoubis, with head in profile to left and surrounded with a nimbus and seven double-rays.
B: Chnoubis-sign. Around: χνουβισ → Χνουβίς.
