Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both sides convex, lentoid. Milky gray chalcedony. Intact save for a small chip on the edge.

A: Lion-headed Chnoubis to left, head encircled with twelve rays. Left to the figure, running from bottom to top: χνουμισ → Χνουμίς.
B: Chnoubis-sign.
