Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Brownish lapis lazuli. Chipped along the edge and abraded on the surface.

A: Lion-headed naked deity with a nimbus and eight rays around his head, raising his right hand in greeting and holding a flail in his left hand, while sitting on a bull wearing the solar disk between its horns. The bull is standing on a crocodile.
B: Greek inscription in five lines: ι̣ηω|ε[.]ουφ|θαχαω|ηιθωα|ωεη → vocales, unidentified voces.
