Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces flat. Greenish chalcedony. Mounted in an antique gold setting.

A: Chnoubis facing left, head crowned with a nimbus and seven rays. On the right: an eight-pointed star. Inscription along the edge: χνουβιζζζχ → variant of Χνουβίς (?).
B: A Chnoubis-sign.
