Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 8c–9c. Green agate. Intact.

A: Lion-headed Chnoubis facing right, with a nimbus and seven rays around his head. On the left: a crescent. On the right: an eight-pointed star.
B: A bird tied to an altar represented with three stalks of plant. Above: a star. On the left: ια|ω → Ἰάω.
