Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces convex, lentoid. Shape 1. Green praze. Edge chipped. 

A: Lion-headed Chnoubis, head to left and surrounded with seven rays. Inscription to the left and right of the serpent: ανοχ → Ἀνοχ. 'I am.'
B: Chnoubis-sign, surrounded by a Greek inscription: χνουμισ|ανοχ|αβραμαωχ → Χνουμίς ἀνοχ, variant of αβραμμαωθ. 'I am Chnoumis, Abramaōch.'
