A: Cock-headed figure with the legs of an ungulate, wearing a veil decorated with an eye-like pattern, his head crowned with an unidentified crown. He is holding a staff in his left hand and an uterus-like object in his right hand, sitting on a ram-headed animal which is standing on a dog (?). In the free field: five stars and characteres.
B: Characteres and a thunderbolt. Greek inscription running along the edge: οαηιουευεαηιουααηιιβαχαξιχυχοκεραταγασ → vocales followed by a part of the βαχαξιχυχ-logos and a part of the νυχευα βολβαχ-logos.
