Description: Upright oval, both faces convex. Shape 1. Grey agate. Intact, with minor chips.

A: Lion-headed Chnoubis, head to left and crowned with nine rays. Left of the figure, Greek inscription from bottom to top: χνουβι → Χνουβί.
B: Three lines of three characteres: Z-signs, eight-pointed stars, and Chnoubis-signs. Around: βαενχωω → variant of Βαϊνχωωωχ.
