Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Green and red jasper. The lower part is missing.

A: Cock-headed Anguipes in armour holding his snake-legs in his hands and sitting on a vessel.
B: Greek inscription in two lines: αζαρα[.]|θαζαρ[.] → αζαραχθαζαρα-palindrome.
