Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Green jasper with red parts (heliotrope). Chipped along the edge.

A: Cock-headed Anguipes dressed in an armour, holding a whip in his right hand and a round shield in his left hand. Inscription on the shield: ια|ω → Ἰάω.
B: Greek inscription in three lines: αεηιο|υωσεισ|εωθ → the Greek vowel series and unidentified voces.
