Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 10. Blue lapis lazuli. Mounted in a modern gold swivel hoop.

A: Cock-headed Anguipes wearing an armour, holding a whip in his right hand and a round shield in his left hand.
B: Greek inscription: ιαω → Ἰάω.
