Description: Upright oval, both faces convex. Shape 1. Green and white agate. Small chip on the edge.

A: Cock-headed Anguipes wearing an armour, holding a whip in his raised left hand and a round shield in his right hand. Mirror writing on the shield: ιαω|σαβα|ωθ → Ἰάω Σαβαώθ. Inscription all around: σεμεσιλαμψ → variant of σεμεσειλαμ. In the free field: crescent and six stars.
B: Greek inscription in four lines: α|βρα|σα|ζ → variant of Ἀβρασάξ.
