Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 10. Green jasper with red spots (heliotrope). Intact.

A: Cock-headed Anguipes wearing an armour, holding a whip in his raised right hand and a round shield in his left hand. Below: ιαω → Ἰάω.
B: Greek inscription in three lines: αδωνε|αιλωε|μιχαηλ → voces including a variant of Ἀδωναΐ and Μιχαήλ.
