Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Black haematite. Chipped along the edge, broken at the top edge, side A abraded.

A: Jackal-headed, winged snake-legged figure with his right hand raised to the mouth. Below, probably in a tabula ansata: ιαλδαξαπο̣|ωθιαω character[....] → voces including Ἰάω.
B: Greek inscription in five lines: ειμαν|αρωθβ|αρβωθ|αρουη|λ → unidentified voces.
