Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Blue lapis lazuli. Half missing, surface abraded.

A: Aphrodite anadyomene wringing her hair, nude. Inscription around the figure: [αρωρ]ιφρασ[ισ] → αρρωριφρασις.
B: Greek inscription in five fragmentary lines: [- - -]|[- - -]|ι̣καριειβ|[.]καρισκαρ̣|καρισ → voces including χάρις several times (written with κ instead of χ).
