Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Brown chalcedony. Damaged, small chips missing around the edges.

A: Lion-headed Chnoubis, head to left and crowned with eight rays. To the left and right of the figure: χνου μι |σ → Χνουμίς.
B: Chnoubis-sign. Inscription around in two concentric lines: σοροορμερφεργαρμαραφριουριινιγξ → variant of σοροορ-logos.
