Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval. Both faces convex, lentoid. Shape 1. Translucent milky grey chalcedony. Intact, with minor chipping.

A: Lion-headed Chnoubis, head to left and surrounded with twelve rays. Below Chnoubis, a cylindrical base with a profiled rim. On each side of the figure three-three characteres. Around, Greek inscription: χνουβισκνουφεηιμουραιμουριραι → voces including Χνουβίς.
B: Greek inscription in three lines: ορχανθωχρα|αβραμαω|ραιαλχμη → unidentified voces.
