Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Black magnetite. Surface abraded.

A: Winged Gorgoneion with eight snakes projecting from the head.
B: Greek inscription in seven lines: αυε|τερωσ|κλιραωγλ̣|ειαυπογλ|ξοισε[.]|αστιν|ω. For a tentative translation, see Mastrocinque 2014.
