A: Winged figure with three heads, the tail of a bird, represented with the leg of a donkey and that of a cock (Mastrocinque: Onoskelis). The figure wears a tunic and holds a torch in his right hand and a dagger in the left one. Above: a crescent with two stars. On the left: a thunderbolt. On the right: a tropaion. In the free field: αηιου → vocales.
B: Greek inscription in the middle: φαυστινα → Φαυστῖνα. All around: αβλαναθαναλβα → Ἀβλαναθαναλβα-palindrome.
