Description: Both sides flat, side A upright oval, side B transverse oval. Shape 8–9. Green jasper with red spots (heliotrope), damaged at the edges of both sides.

A: Frontal view of a cock-headed Anguipes in armour and mantle, head to right. Whip in the right hand, shield in the left hand, antilabe visible.
B: Greek inscription in five lines: ιηιωιηιηιη|υυυυωωοτιου|νεστινδιαφυλα|ξονμειηιηιηιη|ιηιοιυω → voces including vocales and the Greek sentence ὁτιοῦν ἐστιν διαφύλαξον με. 'Whatever happens, save me!'
