A: A couple lying on a kline in embrace (symplegma). Under the kline: a basin and a hydria. Greek inscription above, running along the edge: αλληλοφιλιαεμησψυχησ → ἀλληλοφιλία ἐμῆς ψυχῆς 'mutual love of my soul.'
B: A couple on a kline, also represented in the act of coitus. Under the kline: a basin and a hydria. Greek inscription above, running along the edge in two lines: ηχ αρι|σοι ποθοι → ἡ χάρις οἱ πόθοι 'grace, desires.'
