Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Brown jasper. Intact.

A: Winged archangel with a nimubs, wearing a long tunic, his right hand holding a scepter ending in a crescent and a star. Greek inscription running along the edge: γαβριηλμιχαηλουριηλσουριηλ → Γαβριήλ, Μιχαήλ, Οὐριήλ and Σουριήλ.
B: Greek inscription with two stars above and two below: εισθεοσ → εἷς θεός, 'sole god.'
