Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Black jet. Surface slightly abraded. From Tartus.

A: Two mumiform (J. Spier: pillar-like, limbless  figures surrounded by two snakes and a star above. Greek inscription between them: χε|ρο|υβ|ιν → χερουβίν 'cherubin.'
B: Hebrew inscription in five lines: Iao Sabaoth Michael Eloai Ab<r>asax (reading R. Kotansky, s. Mastrocinque 2014).
