Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Green and brown jasper. Surface abraded, mounted in a silver pendant.

A: Lizard with a crescent over the head and a dot on each side. Greek inscription all around: ιαωσαβαωθ αδωνεελεουε →  voces including Ἰάω, Σαβαώθ and variant of Ἀδωναΐ.
B: Greek inscription in seven lines: ουριηλ|ουριηλ|σουριηλ|κανθε|σουλε|ουλουρ|βιλ → voces including Οὐριήλ, Σουριήλ and κανθὲ σ' οὖλε 'Eye, be healthy!' (The interpretation of 'σ' is uncertain. However, the inscription including 'σ' seems to appear more frequently on magical gems of the type.)
