Description: Transverse oval, both faces flat. Brownish chalcedony. Mounted in a modern silver pendant.

A: Lion-headed Ouroboros enclosing a line beginning with a human head and continuing with three characteres and ιαω → Ἰάω.
B: Greek inscription in five lines: νυχευαβ|ολβαχοιοαν|ουευεαηουαα|ηιβαξιχυχ|οκεραταγρασ → variant of the νυχευα βολβαχ-logos.
