A: Mummy of Osiris, to front, wearing atef-crown with ram's horns and uraei. On his side, facing him: two female figures in profile, wearing peplos and Isis-crown (Isis and Nephthys), with arms outstretched, handing unidentified objects to Osiris.
B: Inscription in two lines: αλβαναχα|βρη → variant of σαλβαναχαμβρη.
