A: Greek letters and characteres in six lines.
B: Plain.
C: Greek inscription: ---φαρμακιασκαιπαντοσδαιμονιουμαρηανανηνετεκενλουχιλλια → φαρμακ<ε>ίας καὶ παντὸς δαιμονίου Μαρηάναν ἣν ἔτεκεν Λουχιλλία '... Mareana, whom Louchillia bore, from the spells and all the demons.'
