Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Black haematite. Broken, upper half missing.

A: Harpocrates sitting on a boat with his knees drawn up, right hand raised to mouth, left hand holding a flail. Triads of animals around the figure: (counter clockwise) falcons, uraei, crocodiles and quadrupeds.
B: Greek inscription in five lines: [...]υ̣ρ̣ω̣φωχ|ωβωχτη|νχαριν|τηφορ|ουση → part of χαβραχ-logos, τὴν χάριν τῇ φορούσῃ 'Favour to the wearer (fem.)!'
C: Characteres.
