Description: Transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Black haematite. Mounted in a modern gold setting with a small suspension hoop.

A: In the centre, the crowned mummy of Osiris lying on the back of a lion striding left. Behind the lion, the jackal-headed Anubis standing with both arms raised. On the two sides, Isis and Nephthys dressed in long garments and wearing the double feathers crown, their arms raised in greeting.
B: Greek inscription in three lines: ιαωαισ|αβαωθα|δωναι → variant of Ἰάω, Σαβαώθ, Ἀδωναΐ.
