Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Black jet. Small chips on the edge, surface abraded.

A: Mummy of Osiris standing to front with his arms crossed in front of his chest, wearing a crown, and holding a flail in his right hand and a crook in his left hand, his figure surrounded by a hatched  circular band imitating an Ouroboros.
B: Greek inscription in two lines: πρισ|κιεχι → unidentified voces.
C: Pseudo-inscription.
