Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, side A convex. Shape 6. Red carnelian. Mounted in a post-antique gold setting with two rings, chipped along the edge.

A: On the left, bust of Sarapis wearing a modius. In the middle, a lamp on a standard with a mouse climbing up on it.
B: Greek inscription in two lines: αβρασ|αξ → Ἀβρασάξ.
