Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces convex. Shape 15–17. Brown jasper. Intact.

A: Lion-headed deity crowned with seven rays, wearing a long tunic, holding a Chnoubis-snake in the right hand and two stalks of grain in the left hand.
B: Greek inscription in three lines with a Chnoubis-sign in the fourth line: χνουη|πειλαμωτ|φρην → voces including variants of Χνουβίς and Φρῆ.
