Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Pink and brown banded onyx. Chipped on the edge.

A: Cock-headed Anguipes in an armour, holding a spear (whip ?) in his right hand and a round shield in his left hand. On the left: a six-pointed star.
B: Greek inscription in three lines: λλιχ|απλ|ιαω → voces including Ἰάω.
