Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces convex. Shape 1. White milky chalcedony. Intact.

A: Lion-headed Anguipes with seven rays around the head, right hand in front of the chest, left hand holding a sa-sign.
B: Chnoubis-sign and Greek inscription: χνουμισ → Χνουμίς.
