Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Green jasper with red spots (heliotrope). Mounted in a post-antique gold setting with two rings.

A: Bird-headed deity wearing a crescent on the head and a kilt, holding a trident in the right hand and two snakes in the left.
B: Greek inscription along the edge: αηιεηιουωηιηωι → vocales.
