Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Black haematite. Slightly abraded.
A: Ouroboros enclosing a uterus in the form of a cupping vessel, with ligaments and an eight-bitted key below it. Above the uterus: mumiform Anubis and Osiris crowned with the solar disk, flanked by the winged figures of Isis and Nephthys. Greek inscription in the free field: αεηιουω → the Greek vowel series. Around the Ouroboros: σοροορμερφ[εργαρβαρμαφριουριγξ] → σοροορ-logos.
B: Greek inscription in two lines: ορωρ|ιουθ → ορωριουθ.
