Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 9. Black chalcedony. Intact.

A: Ouroboros enclosing a scene with Hermanubis wearing a long tunic and a mantle, holding a caduceus above a coffin containing the body of Osiris. Inscription above the coffin: αμ|ⲉν → variant of ἀμήν 'amen'. Below the Ouroboros: three lines of characteres.
B: Plain.
C: Greek inscription on the edge: προσδημονακⲉφοβουσ → πρὸς δαίμονα καὶ φόβους 'Against demon and fears.'
