Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Yellow jasper. Intact. Previously part of the Guardabassi Collection.​​​​​​​

A: Four-winged Bes-Pantheos with three bearded faces, four arms, a tail of a bird and that of a crocodile, animal protomes projecting from the knees and jackal heads on the feet. The figure is wearing a crown and two pairs of scepters are depicted behind the body. Above: a star. Greek inscription running along the edge: δαμναμανευ → Δαμναμενεύς
B: Chnoubis-sign and Chnoubis-snake with eight rays. Greek inscription along the edge: ανχο χνουμισ → Ἀνοχ Χνουμίς.
