Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Blue lapis lazuli. Half missing, surface strongly abraded. Previously in the Rhoussopoulos Collection, Athens.
A: Female figure (Brandt: Isis-Nemesis), her head topped with a crown (modius with uraei? pace Brandt: lotus flowers), her right hand holding her garment. Greek inscription along the edge: [---]ημερα ν ευπο[---] → inscription including ἡμέρα 'day.'
B: Greek inscription in four lines: αναχ|αβρα|χαχχω|χα[---] → voces including a variant of Ἀβρασάξ/Ἀβραξάς.
